Recently, Associate Researcher Zhou Sijia from the Department of E-Commerce, School of Economics and Management, together with her co-authors, has published an academic paper titled “Impact of Non-Diagnostic Digital Services on Online Healthcare Consultation” online in the FT50-listed Journal of Management Information Systems.
This research advances our understanding of the mechanisms through which non-diagnostic digital services function within online healthcare platforms, and offers practical insights for platforms seeking to optimize resource allocation, promote healthcare equity, and enhance service efficiency.
