In recent years, the School of Economics and Management at Southeast University has continuously enhanced its mechanisms for recruiting and nurturing young talent, implementing systematic planning and targeted measures to strengthen the recruitment and development of early-career faculty. Through multiple initiatives, including academic team building, incentive mechanisms for research achievements, the flagship academic event “Pioneer Young Scholars Forum,” and regular “Academic Lunch Seminars”—the School actively cultivates an open and collaborative scholarly environment that effectively energizes the research innovation capacity of its young faculty.
Since 2020, the School has recruited 27 young scholars, who have collectively secured 23 national-level research grants. These emerging researchers have not only become a dynamic new force in the School’ s scientific endeavors but also have demonstrated significant potential and innovative momentum.
